Getting Started

What is PostTag?

PostTag is the app for drivers, not just for delivery businesses. If you drive for a living, or you just drive a lot, PostTag helps in two ways: it saves you money on fuel, and it gets you to the right address, first time.
What you can do in the app

  • Save money on diesel. Apply for the PostTag Fuel Card, currently open to sole traders and registered businesses, and get a discount at the pump.
  • Find fuel nearby. See the best local fuel prices and locations before you fill up.
  • Use Precision Address Finder. Get to the right front door, first time, even when a postcode alone won't get you there.

You don't have to use all three. Pick the one that solves your problem today, and the rest are there when you need them.
Where PostTag started
PostTag began by solving one problem for delivery drivers: getting to the correct address, first time, every time. That's still what Precision Address Finder does. We've since built the same honest, practical approach into fuel savings, because your vehicle is probably one of your biggest weekly costs, and every penny spent on it should work harder for you.

Setting up the PostTag app for the first time

1. Download the app
Download PostTag from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign in with your email
Enter your email address and we'll send a one-time code straight to your inbox. Enter the code in the app and you're in, no password to create or remember.
3. Tell us what brought you here
When you open PostTag for the first time, you'll see four options:

Choose whichever matches what you need right now. You can always come back and set up the others later from the main menu.
4. Turn on notifications (optional, but useful)
We'll ask if you'd like:

  • Push notifications, so you hear about fuel price drops and card application updates as they happen.
  • A weekly fuel price email, sent most Fridays, with the week ahead's prices.

Both are switched on by default. You're in control: turn either off at any point from Settings, and we'll show you exactly what you've signed up for before you confirm.
5. Start exploring
That's it. No lengthy form, no unnecessary steps. Once you're set up, everything else in the app is there when you need it.
