## How to use PostTag offline
Ever out on deliveries, lost signal, and couldn't map your journey? No problem. With a bit of prep, PostTag keeps you on track even when you're offline. Here's how to plan ahead and navigate, wherever your route takes you.
**Step 1: download your offline maps**
Before heading out, make sure your navigation app is ready to run without mobile data.

1. Open Google Maps on your phone.
2. Search for the area where you'll be working (for example, "London").
3. Scroll until you see the option to download an offline map.
4. Tap Download.

1. Open Apple Maps on your phone.
2. Search for your area (for example, "London").
3. Tap the download button when it appears.
4. That's it, your map is ready to use offline.

**Step 2: load your stops in PostTag**
While you still have signal, open PostTag and:
* Enter or scan all your delivery addresses.
* Let PostTag verify the exact location for every stop.
* Once saved, your route and addresses stay accessible even if you lose connection mid-shift.

**Step 3: navigate with confidence**
When you're offline, PostTag continues to open your verified stops directly in Google or Apple Maps. Because the exact location is already stored, you'll still get turn-by-turn directions to the right door, no data needed.
**Pro tips**
* **Storage:** make sure you've got 200MB or more free (or 1GB or more for Apple Maps).
* **Wi-Fi:** download maps using Wi-Fi to save your data.
* **Plan ahead:** look up all your addresses while you're online, for seamless offline use.
You're ready to roll.

## How do I delete or save recent addresses?
Open your [address history](https://posttag.com/app/launch?page=addresses) in the app.
* **To delete:** tap the bin icon, then choose the addresses you want to remove, either one by one or all at once.
* **To save:** tap the address, then choose Add Favourite to keep it handy for next time.

## How do I change my navigation tool?
If you have a navigation app installed, such as Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps, it'll appear in the dropdown when you start a route.

## Where did the Garage menu go?
Garage has moved. You'll now find it in the main menu, accessed via the hamburger icon, alongside Fuel Card, Search and Offers, so everything's a tap away in one place.
